We send orders via Royal Mail. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.
Royal Mail 1st Class Orders – should be with you or your friend within 1-4 working days.
Royail Mail 2nd Class Orders – should be with you or your friend within 3-5 working days.

All delivery prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

You should receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

UK Free Shipping Policy

All UK Card orders are shipped out with Royal Mail 1st Class for free.
Additionally, all UK orders over £25 receive free shipping. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Europe & International

Bad Day Bandage ships internationally via Royal Mail. The price is calculated by the weight of the items at checkout. Delivery estimates are shown during checkout but please note these can take up to one month to arrive.

You may be charged a fee by your local customs office on arrival.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Bad Day Bandage order. If you’re dissatisfied please contact us at to arrange a return, exchange or refund within 10 working days of receiving your order. All items will need to be unopened in their original packaging in saleable ‘as new’ condition.

We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. If you want to do this please contact us as soon as possible at
